This notice covers Kriya’s early-access marketing website, not a clinical service or the future Kriya Pro application.

What the form collects

When registrations are open, we collect your email address, optional name, selected area of interest, submission time, and a record of your agreement to early-access contact. Please do not submit patient, medical, or payment information.

How we use it

The Kriya early-access team uses these details to understand interest in the product and contact you about pilot invitations, product availability, or feedback. Joining does not create an account, purchase a subscription, or guarantee a place in the pilot.

Storage and access

Sign-ups are stored in the website’s hosted database, separate from the development app and its demo data. The site owner and hosting services support storage and operation. If owner email notifications are enabled, the submitted contact details are also sent through the configured email-delivery provider solely to notify Kriya’s mailbox. There is no public list of sign-ups and no advertising tracker added to this website.

Spam protection and technical information

The form uses a hidden spam field, timing checks, and a rate limit. Rate limiting stores a date-specific hashed network identifier rather than your raw IP address. Expired rate-limit records are removed when new requests are processed. Hosting providers may separately process technical logs to operate and protect the service.

Your choice

You can choose not to join. If you do join, you can ask the Kriya team to remove your entry or stop early-access contact at any time.

How long details are kept

Entries are kept for early-access coordination until you request removal or the team closes the early-access programme. If the product launches, this list will not automatically become a patient or paid-subscription account.
